Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bd54 website, accessible at bd54.io, and all associated services, products, features, and content offered by bd54 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). bd54 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for the entertainment of adult users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between bd54 and each registered member ("you", "the Member", or "the User"). They apply to all activities conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, identity verification, financial transactions, participation in casino games, sports betting, bonus offers, and any communication with bd54 support staff.

bd54 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Eligibility

• You are a natural person and are registering solely on your own behalf.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the bd54 Platform or any associated self-exclusion programme.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party in connection with any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by bd54 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

bd54 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bd54 Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances associated with duplicate accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

bd54 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All members are required to submit valid identity documentation before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh passport (bio-data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (where applicable)

Additional proof of address and proof of payment method may be requested at bd54's discretion, particularly where the deposit volume, withdrawal history, or account behaviour warrants enhanced due diligence.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bd54 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify bd54 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bd54 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bd54 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified, and to request documentation evidencing the origin of funds in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Members must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be approved. bd54 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, irregular, or prohibited activity.

bd54 does not charge members a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd54 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd54 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
• bd54 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering obligations in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of the bonus claim.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or placing bets that constitute low-risk or risk-free wagering patterns, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, the games that contribute to their completion, and any applicable game contribution percentages will be specified in the relevant promotion page. bd54 is not obligated to award or maintain any bonus where a member has provided false information during registration or verification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports, are governed by the specific market rules published on the relevant betting page. In the event of any ambiguity, bd54's trading team determination shall be final.

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the bd54 Platform — including slots, live dealer games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), crash games, and table games — are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. bd54 is not responsible for technical malfunctions within a game studio's software; in such cases, the relevant game studio's void-round or malfunction policy will apply.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

bd54 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. In particular, bd54 may void bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed using obvious pricing errors, or bets that appear to form part of a coordinated betting strategy intended to exploit the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd54 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or any other illegal source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or abuse of privileged information in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd54 staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Reselling, transferring, or otherwise dealing in account credits, bonuses, or winnings in a manner not authorised by these Terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd54 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Receipt of a legally binding order from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Member request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed at the member's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the member's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bd54 Platform — including but not limited to the bd54 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of bd54 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without bd54's prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

bd54 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

Member financial data is never stored in plaintext. bd54 does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to process payments, perform KYC checks through authorised verification partners, or comply with a legal obligation.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd54's total aggregate liability to any member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bd54 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bd54 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bd54 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical malfunctions within third-party game studios' software.
• Interruption or unavailability of payment processing services provided by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment partner.
• Loss of access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network outages, or other circumstances beyond bd54's reasonable control.

Amendments to These Terms

bd54 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect member rights or obligations — bd54 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the member's account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Amendments that are required to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, or address an imminent security threat may be implemented with immediate effect and without advance notice. In all cases, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute.

Your continued use of the bd54 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
